4 Homes Move Forward

Five years after South Main’s first residents moved in, we are pleased to announce that construction continues to clip along at a swift pace, with all three remaining River Park Road rowhouses breaking ground and a garage/apartment nearing completion on Swift Circle:

1006 River Park Road is a variation of our ever-popular 2 bed, 2.5 bath home, this one an end unit coming in at 1,296 square feet (similar homes are available as Vacation Rentals at 1012 River Park Road and 910 South Main Street); it will be the full-time residence of a wonderful couple moving from Austin.

1008 River Park Road comes in at 3 beds, 2.5 baths and 1,440 square feet. South Main engineer and project manager JJ Kinsfather is building this one as a spec home- stay tuned!

1010 River Park Road may be one of our most efficiently-designed homes to date, fitting 4 beds and 2.5 baths into 1,600 square feet; it will be home to a family with two kids… what a pleasure to see another family with kids moving to the neighborhood!

901 South Main Street Garage/ ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit, which is a fancy name for an apartment separate from a lot’s primary residence): Developer Jed Selby is building this one, and it’s a perfect example of the type of structure which you will see popping up behind many homes in South Main as the years go by. Every lot in South Main has space for a structure like this, but many owners choose to phase it in later than their primary residence for financial reasons. This apartment is 2 beds, 1 bath and will likely be available to rent as a South Main Vacation Rental. It’s getting stuccoed today.
